Exchanges and Returns must be received within 3 days of the date on your receipt. Shipping fees for all returns are the responsibility of the consumer.
Zari by Arti does not offer Free Ground shipping on all Exchanges for products outside India. In such cases standard shipping charges will apply. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Zari by Arti does not refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale Items are eligible for Exchange Only and must be returned within 2 days of the date of your receipt.
Please Note: Zari by Arti only accepts returned merchandise that is received in new, unused / unworn and original condition . Any returned merchandise that cannot be sold as new will be returned to the sender. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
